MDF naked, pressed vernished door
The door is made of a frame of solid wood and is covered by the same veneer, which is used for the door leaves. A honeycomb is placed in the inside part of the door, in order to achieve the best soundproofing and insulation. Then, the external MDF leaves are getting pressed with the frame, in a heated press machine. When the pressing process is completed, it’s time for the creation of the gaps, in order to place the lock and the hinges. Finally, a ring is being made to fit the door on the door frame. The door frame is made of solid wood poplar, for a better protection against the humidity. The naked MDF leaf can be either straight, or sculptured. The client has the ability to choose his favourite colour from a wide range of lacquer paints.
MDF coated, pressed vernished door
The production process of this type of door is the same as the MDF naked and it is made by pressing the coated MDF leaves (anigre, beech, oak, ash etc.). The frame is made of solid wood and a rubber is placed perimetrically, in order to achieve the best soundproofing and insulation.
